UT Patch 436 - Won't Update

I have my UT CD in the cd drive, it finds the folder where UT is installed, then it goes to the drive screen, it selects D:/ and then I get an error:

"The expected version of UnrealTournament file system\botpack.u was not found on the CD-ROM drive.

Please verify that the proper CD is in the drive."

I can view the botpack.u file on the cd so it is there.. Why is this happening? Is my CD too scratched or something?

It may be a scratched or dirty CD ???
Maybe try the No Delta version of 436 patch?
I believe that this version does not require the UT CD to be inserted.
Not sure but I think that is what I read somewhere.

It is looking in D:\ the file is not there. Check that your CD is still labelled D and not E or some other letter. The 436 patch on this site works for all of us. You run the patch, with Disk 1 in your CDROM drive. If it cannot find the file, your path is wrong. UT will remember which drive it was installed from and check that drive. Unless you moved some files around on your disc, everything should work smooth.

i dl the ut patch 436 no delta file and when i tried to use it it says it is not a valid win32 application. so can someone help me out with this
