Port Forwarding or Not Showing on WWW? ...

I have been trying to get my Server to show on the Net. (NO dice!)
My ISP is Frontiernet and I am using a ...
Seimens SpeedStream 6520 Router/Modem.
I have tried Port Forwarding etc.
Ready to pull my hair out LOL! Embarassed

Has anyone else had problems and/or problems with the ISP or Router?

Hi I have an article in here someplace that describes how to set up a server, it is very detailed and it works, I know I have carefully made it step by step to completion of getting a server up and running.

I have set up a server before but I believe my problem is my ISP and/or my router/modem settings.
But I am open to anything at this point. Cool
