Here are a two very iportant links when learning to build programs. Angle mappers tutorials have helped thousands of people and she is well recognised in the mapping community. Visit them in the order i have reccomended.
I suggest you start with the angle mapper site... then when you know that content enough to build a great level, move onto the wikipeida website and begin learning more advance topics or researching problems you are having.. Remeber if you have any problems please ask me at any time, I'm still learning my self and i always will be, becuase the engine is so big you cant learn everything... Don't be afraid to ask questions..
Soorry to provide a tutorial for 2k4 editor, but its almost the same, theres no static meches and the additions are different, just ask me for a few convertion tutorial tips... thanx
