Well first thing is to get a copy of the game, you can buy them at the bottom of the first page, Get the Game Of The Year Edition for best results. Then Install it. Set it up, and go find servers to play on, but practice against the computer first, this game takes lots of time to master.

Not sure what you mean? You install same as the rest of the mods, and you can adjust things in the ini file.

You need to Have the Chaos UT mod in as a mutator, it comes with the UT GOTY edition. Then you must go under mods and find the Chaos section and keybind it. Also you need to add it to your serverpagages= section in your UT ini file.
